1. Change of inventor, applicant and patentee: 200 yuan RMB.
2. Change of entrustment relationship between patent agency and agent: 50 yuan RMB.
(6) Fee for each priority claim: 80 yuan RMB.
(7) Claim fee for restoration of rights: 1 1,000 yuan.

(XIII) Surcharge
1. First extension application fee: 300 yuan RMB/month.
Request fee for further extension of time limit: 2000 yuan/month (the number of times here refers to the same notice)
2. Claim surcharge (part of the application fee): RMB 150 yuan will be increased for each additional item from1.
3. Description surcharge (part of the application fee): 50 yuan RMB will be charged per page from 3 1 page, and RMB 100 will be charged per page from 30 1 page.
(The above fees are stipulated in the announcement of China Patent Office, and will be implemented as of March 1 2006).

You will find that there are red figures in the expense table above, and these expenses can be delayed!
China Patent Office issued a document 2001-01-15:
Individuals can delay 85% (apply for maintenance audit 80%) and units can delay 70% (apply for maintenance audit 60%).
In order to reduce the cost, we must:
1, fill in the patent application fee waiver request.
2, provide documents (personal income, proof of the competent department of the unit)
