After the merger, what about the technical patents of both parties?

According to the law, the rights and obligations of a company destroyed by merger shall be inherited by the surviving company or the newly established company after merger. General inheritance means that all rights and obligations, including movable property, immovable property, intellectual property, creditor's rights and debts, shall be borne by the surviving company or the newly established company after the merger, and the undertaking company shall not make a choice. Therefore, when an enterprise is merged, the technology patent belongs to the surviving company or the newly established company after the merger.
