If I want to submit to a journal, can I copy my own patent content?

According to Article 5 of my country’s Copyright Law: This law does not apply to:

(1) Laws, regulations, resolutions, decisions, orders of state agencies and other legislative, Administrative and judicial documents, and their official translations...

Patent application documents will be disclosed to the public after being reviewed by the State Patent Office. That is to say, patent application documents are administrative documents issued by administrative agencies. It is a document of a nature and is therefore not protected by copyright law

Therefore, there is no problem if you copy the content of the patent and use it as a paper or journal, because the text content of the patent application document does not have copyright issues (commonly known as copyright).
