If a patent application includes more than two inventions, how to file a divisional application for invention patents?

According to the detailed rules for the implementation of China's patent law, if an application for a patent includes more than two inventions, the applicant may file a divisional application before the expiration of two months from the date of receiving the notice of granting the patent right from the Patent Office to the date of the original application. I. Application Conditions As can be seen from the above, a divisional application for a patent for invention shall meet the following five conditions: (1) A patent application shall include more than two inventions; (2) The inventor of the divisional application shall be the inventor of the original application or part of its members; (3) The divisional application shall be based on the original application (the first application); (4) The Patent Office has made a decision to grant the original patent application. Where the patent application has been rejected, withdrawn or deemed withdrawn, no divisional application may be filed; (5) The applicant shall file an application within 2 months from the date of receiving the notice of granting the patent right. If the application requires (1) to file a divisional application, the original application date may be retained, and the priority date may be retained, but it shall not exceed the scope of the original application. (2) The application number and date of the original application shall be stated in the request for divisional application. When submitting an application, the applicant shall submit a copy of the original application documents; Where the original application enjoys priority, a copy of the priority document of the original application shall be submitted. (3) For the filed divisional application, if the applicant needs to submit the divisional application again, it shall also fill in the application number of the divisional application in brackets after the application number of the original application. (4) A divisional application for a patent for invention shall not change the category of the original application. (5) A divisional application for a patent for invention shall not change the applicant of the original application. If there is any difference, a certificate of right transfer shall be submitted. (6) In addition to the application documents, the divisional application shall also submit a copy of the application documents of the original application and other documents related to this divisional application in the original application, such as a copy of the priority document.
