Chen Shuping’s professional achievements

Have long been engaged in product development, technical research and theoretical teaching, covering areas such as vacuum leak detection, low-temperature storage and transportation, and vacuum drying. He presided over the development of a series of cryogenic storage and transportation equipment products, including storage tanks, tank trucks, tank containers and LNG spherical tanks. Among them, the LZZ5141G4EQ cryogenic liquid tank truck won the second prize for new technology and new product achievements in Gansu Province. The LNG vertical storage tank internal support The structure has obtained a utility model patent.

In 1998, he cooperated with the Beijing Institute of Aerospace Medicine and presided over the design of a space temperature and humidity simulation test chamber, which simulated the temperature and humidity environment in the Shenzhou spacecraft cabin and was used to train astronauts.

In 1999, he presided over the design of a 6m3 liquid oxygen test storage tank for boats. Its successful development laid the foundation for the development and practical application of target tanks and achieved significant national defense benefits. The low-pressure dissolved acetylene system designed and developed has made major improvements in the generator, wet gas storage tank, purification device, etc., and achieved very ideal operating results. The purification device has obtained a national invention patent.

In 2003, he presided over the design of a positive pressure detection system for tank leakage rates. This system was used to detect the total leakage rate of satellite fuel tanks. It has the characteristics of fast detection, high accuracy and low cost. It won the 2005 Gansu Award The third prize of the Provincial Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award.

In cooperation with Lanzhou 510 Institute, we have successively developed devices such as the space cold screen test transmission system, the nickel-metal hydride battery leakage detection system, and the capillary material low-temperature test system, which have played an important role in space technology research.

Published more than 20 papers in core journals such as Low Temperature and Superconductivity, Vacuum and Low Temperature, Cryogenic Engineering, Cryogenic Technology, and Natural Gas Industry.
