China patent electronic application client is abnormal, such as how to solve it?

Try not to use word above 2007. Cpc itself is not compatible with 07 version of word. When applying, open 2003 or copy and paste the data in txt, and there will be no errors.

I have tested XP system, 2003 version of word, which has the best stability.
