What are the basic essentials of archery?

1. Standing posture: The shooter stands on the shooting line, with his left shoulder facing the target position, his left hand holding a bow, his feet spread shoulder-width, and his body weight evenly falls on his feet.

Lean forward slightly.

2. Take the arrow: put the arrow on the podium, with the monochromatic main feather facing itself, and the tail groove of the arrow is buckled on the bowstring buckle.

3. Tie the string: Tie the string with the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the right hand, with the index finger above the arrow tail and the middle finger and ring finger below the arrow tail.

4. Pre-tension: When the shooter raises the bow, his left arm sinks and his elbow rotates internally. He pushed the bow with his left hand and fixed it.

5. Opening the bow: The shooter pulls the bow with the power of pushing the left shoulder and pulling the right shoulder, and the right hand continues to pull the jaw.

6. aiming: the shooter connects his eyes, sight and aiming point to the target at the same time in the process of opening the bow.

7. Off-string: After opening the bow, aim at the right shoulder and continue to exert force. The three fingers of the right hand of the string buckle quickly open, and the arrow is shot out.

8. Relaxation: After the arrow hits the target position, the left arm relaxes from the wrist, elbow, shoulder to the whole body in turn.
