(1) The invention patent belongs to Dyson, and it has been authorized in the United States and other places, but it is gratifying/regrettable that it has not applied for a patent in China, and it is certainly impossible to obtain a patent for invention or utility model in China. This is also the fundamental reason why Dyson is difficult to defend the intellectual property rights of its leafless fans in China.
(2) Dyson has a design patent in China. According to the patent, the joint action of intellectual property rights last year or the year before last also collected a number of imitations from Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and other places. However, the patent is only a circular fan design, and it is difficult to protect the rights and interests of many elliptical and heart-shaped bladeless fans (there are many factors involved here, which are complicated and omitted).
(3) China's design patents for elliptic and heart-shaped leafless fans were applied by a bunch of cottage factories one or two years ago.
