(4) The average GPA of all core courses specified in the corresponding undergraduate professional training plan is: science and engineering ≥2.00, other disciplines ≥2.30, and the average GPA is not rounded.
(five) the comprehensive application quality and ability should meet one of the following conditions:
1. Students' CET-4 scores (CET-4 for foreign language majors) reach 80% of the qualified scores; The requirements for vocational education and art students to take CET-4 shall be stipulated separately;
2. Obtaining various honorary titles from government departments at or above the county level;
3, all kinds of discipline competitions, cultural and sports competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship activities and other provincial project participants or school-level (including municipal) project winners;
4. Those who have obtained the postgraduate admission notice;
5. Apply for and accept 1 multiple national invention patents or authorized new and utility model patents;
6. As the first author, he has published more than 1 papers related to his major (signed by Sichuan Institute of Technology).
Two, where one of the following circumstances, not awarded a bachelor's degree.
(1) Being kept in school for observation, with no outstanding performance.
(2) According to the Detailed Rules for the Management of Undergraduate and Junior College Students in Sichuan University of Science and Technology, those who still do not meet the graduation requirements before leaving school are allowed to graduate (regardless of whether they are qualified after returning to school to change their certificates).
Four, for those who have been punished by probation, but have corrected their mistakes with practical actions, and have not been punished or expelled, and meet one of the following conditions, they can apply for the restoration of the qualification for granting a bachelor's degree.
(1) Obtaining various honorary titles
Won one of the honorary titles of "three good students", "outstanding student cadres" and "outstanding graduates" at or above the provincial level.
(2) won various awards.
1, participated in all kinds of provincial and above college students' academic competitions (including Internet plus National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, College Students' Challenge Cup, mathematical modeling, electronic design, etc.). ) and won the provincial third-class merit and above awards;
2. Winning prizes in various provincial and above cultural and sports competitions (including the top three in Universiade, the top three in college students' ball games, and the main actors who won the first and second prizes in literary competitions or performances).
(3) Excellent academic performance

2. Get 1 national or provincial scholarship or 1 first-class scholarship or second-class scholarship.
(4) Outstanding achievements in scientific and technological activities and social practice.

Procedures for resuming the granting of bachelor's degree qualifications: Those who meet the above requirements for resuming the granting of bachelor's degree qualifications shall apply by themselves, and the professors' committee of the second-level college shall conduct qualification examination, which shall be reported to the academic degree evaluation committee of the school for voting, and the granting of bachelor's degree qualifications shall be resumed only after the approval of two-thirds of the members.
Fourth, the appointment procedure.
(a) students fill out the "Sichuan University of Science and Technology Bachelor's Degree Application Form" and submit it to the teaching office of the second-level college, and report it to the professor committee of the second-level college after examination.
(2) The professors' committee of the second-level college shall conduct an audit item by item according to Articles 2 and 3 of these Rules, and the audit shall be open, fair and just.
(three) the professor committee of each secondary college shall review the list of students who meet the conditions for granting, and publicize it for three days.
(4) The professor committee of the secondary college will report the audit results and the statistics of the degree granting of undergraduate graduates to the Academic Affairs Office for review, and the Academic Affairs Office will report them to academic degree evaluation committee for approval after review.
(5) The academic degree evaluation committee of the school examines and approves the list of students who have obtained bachelor's degrees and the resolutions on granting bachelor's degrees, and publicizes the list of students who have been granted bachelor's degrees online.
Five, for the degree has been awarded, such as fraud, forgery and other serious violations of the provisions of the degree regulations, the school academic degree evaluation committee reconsideration, can be revoked.
