Is it infringement that our factory processes patented products for others and produces more products without permission and sells them abroad?

Whether it constitutes infringement depends on whether the patent is protected in China.

Article 11 of China's patent law stipulates that after the patent right is granted, no unit or individual may exploit its patent without the permission of the patentee, that is, it may not manufacture, promise to sell, sell or import its patented products for production and business purposes.

Patents are regional. Foreign patents are not necessarily protected in China, and so are China's patents abroad.

See the patent law for details.
