Due to the lack of the core technology of independent intellectual property rights, we can't get rid of the situation of being controlled by others. At the same time, domestic enterprises don't pay enough attention to intellectual property protection, and they don't know much about patent technology information in the same industry, so passive infringement often occurs in the production process, which leads to frequent intellectual property disputes of well-known integrated circuit enterprises in China, resulting in huge economic losses.
Facing the "patent ambush" of multinational companies, in order to help enterprises and institutions make full use of intellectual property means, avoid intellectual property risks and maintain industrial safety, Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Promotion Bureau integrates various resources, and jointly builds an intellectual property early warning platform with Beijing Industrial Promotion Bureau, Zhongguancun Management Committee and Beijing Intellectual Property Office to strengthen the ability of relevant units to handle major patent disputes, avoid low-level repeated research, and guide and support park enterprises to participate in international competition fairly.
