Agricultural equipment engineering technology research and development center is a research and development department established by our institute, which mainly focuses on complete sets of agricultural products (deep processing) equipment, agricultural products drying technology and equipment, and agricultural equipment with regional characteristics. The center was approved by the Provincial Science and Technology Department as "Gansu Agricultural Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center". The "Center" focuses on the development and research of characteristic agricultural equipment, factory seedling transplanting technology and equipment, harvesting machinery, water-saving irrigation system, agricultural products drying and deep processing technology and equipment. In recent years, 5PZX-600 programmable automatic picking and cleaning unit for hops and complete sets of equipment for primary processing of Chinese herbal medicines have been developed, forming a certain production scale and applying for 15 national patents. At present, it is undertaking the research and development of national science and technology support projects-green drying and fresh-keeping technology and equipment for fruits and vegetables, complete sets of equipment for transplanting cash crops, and whole-process mechanized equipment for potatoes. The purpose of the center is to make use of the existing technology, talent advantages and basic conditions of the supporting units, base on Gansu, face the whole country, and extensively absorb domestic and foreign scientific and technological achievements and talents through the combination of Industry-University-Research and East-West cooperation in accordance with the principle of "openness, mobility, competition and cooperation", so as to continuously improve the independent innovation ability of the center and its leading role in the scientific and technological progress of the industry. The main task of this center is to continuously develop new products, new technologies and new processes with independent intellectual property rights around the demand for machinery and equipment for the development of agricultural leading industries and characteristic industries in our province, focusing on key technology research, product development and industrialization, systematizing, supporting and engineering agricultural machinery scientific and technological achievements with important application prospects, making them the radiation source of agricultural machinery scientific and technological achievements in our province, and accelerating the independent innovation and technological progress of agricultural machinery industry in our province.
