Patent writing contracts A, B and C are respectively

Party A is the demander, Party B is the service provider and Party C is the recommender. Party A is an enterprise, a scientific research institute or a private inventor, producing and applying intellectual property rights, with enterprises as the mainstay and scientific research institutes as the supplement. Party B is a patent and trademark agency, law firm, database service provider and operation management consultant. In principle, the notary office should also be regarded as Party B, serving Party A and also being an investigation company. Party C is a government department, including China National Intellectual Property Administration, Trademark Office, Copyright Bureau, courts, administrative agencies and arbitration commission.
