On April 30th, "He Animation Image Collection Activity" was officially launched. This activity is based on the creation prototype of the famous poet He Wei in the Tang Dynasty. It aims to encourage everyone to join the upsurge of inheriting Chinese excellent culture through the combination of cultural creativity and modern science and technology, activate the vitality of He Culture, and make He a cultural gold card in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou.

Activity background

According to historical records, He, a great writer in the Tang Dynasty, was born in Yongxing, Yuezhou, which is now Shushan Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. He was the head of the famous "Four Scholars of Wuzhong" in Chang 'an at that time, and made great achievements in politics, literature and calligraphy. His poetry anthology "Yang Liu Fu" and "Hometown Couplet Book (II)" are essential articles for the enlightenment of Tang poetry, which have been compiled into Chinese textbooks and widely circulated among ordinary people. Why Xiaoshan is the gathering place of three poetry roads, namely, the Tang Poetry Road in East Zhejiang, the Grand Canal Poetry Road and the Qiantang River Poetry Road. It is also the only county in China that is associated with the three poetry roads at the same time.

In recent years, Zhejiang Province has actively promoted the construction of the poetic road cultural belt, with "poetry" as the main line and "poetry" as the finishing touch, carried forward excellent traditional culture, stimulated the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship, and made great efforts to create the "four poetic roads" cultural belt of the eastern Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road, the Grand Canal Poetry Road, the Qiantang River Poetry Road and the Oujiang Landscape Poetry Road, highlighting the great historical significance of the poetic road culture.

2. Bidding requirements

Animation image design should include the design concept of "harmony" character culture, with unlimited creativity and theme;

It has good design implication, distinct elements and symbolic significance, has certain pertinence, can be associated with the image name or image, and can fully reflect the image of "He";

Please try to enrich the settings of animation images, such as image stories, experiences, appearances, demeanor, etc., to make them more vivid and agile;

With humanistic inheritance and unique commercial temperament, it should be anthropomorphic, suitable for the spread and reproduction of plane, three-dimensional and electronic media, can be clearly displayed in different scales, and is convenient for printing and making three-dimensional exhibits such as models and gifts, and is convenient for supporting in various carriers and environments;

It has enough extensibility for the subsequent development of derivative products.

3. Technical requirements

The form of the work is unified into an electronic manuscript. The manuscript size is not less than A4 format (2 10mm×297mm), the resolution is not less than 300dpi, the color mode is CMYK, and it is submitted in JPG format. Each entry must include:

1, name and creative description of the work;

2.IP image main map;

3. There are three or more movements or expressions that can reflect the characteristics of the image.

4. Award setting

In this activity, the gold prize 1 will be 8,000 yuan, the silver prize will be 3,000 yuan, and the bronze prize 10 will be 1 0,000 yuan.

The ranking of awards will be decided by the evaluation of netizens' voting (50%) and experts' voting (50%), and bonuses and award certificates will be awarded.

5. Participation methods

Please submit all the works to the solicitation activity in the form of pictures, with the file name named Why Animation Image Design+Personal Name/Team Name+Contact Information, and submit them to the solicitation activity.

Participants need to keep bitmap source files or vector files, and the final winner needs to provide source files for easy modification, improvement and printing.

JoeChang, graduated from the printmaking department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, 1988 studied at graduate department of Tama University of Fine Arts in Tokyo, Japan, 1997 has been the animation director of the National Film Bureau of Canada (NFB). In 2002, he returned to China to establish animation major in China Academy of Fine Arts. The first director of animation department, once served as vice president, professor, master tutor and doctoral tutor of Media Animation College. Since September 2009, he has served as president, professor and master tutor of Zhejiang University of Technology. Now he is an independent animation artist, Professor school of visual arts, and artistic director of Hangzhou Lv Qing Culture and Technology Company.

Nie Jun

Nie Jun, a famous comic and picture book writer. Over the years, he has created a series of works such as My Street, Didiu Diu and Sunflower Boy, which have been published in China, France, the United States and Italy. He has successively won the Best Comic Award and the Best Creator or Team Award of China Culture and Art Government Award, and the Best Comic Gold Award of Jinlong Award. He was selected into the Original Animation Support Program of Motive Force in China, nominated for the 13th National Art Exhibition, and shortlisted for the eisner International Comic Award. He was invited to participate in the design team of Fuwa mascots of the 2008 Olympic Organizing Committee, a visiting professor in many universities such as Beijing Film Company, and the founder of Zubao Animation.

Shijiufan

Shi Jiufan, formerly known as Wei, is a trendy drama artist and cartoonist in China and an advocate of "light art". His cartoon masterpiece Bunny Bunny Gang is based on China traditional culture "the Goddess Chang'e flying to the moon" and "Moon Palace Jade Rabbit", creating a fairy tale world that combines calligraphy, Taoist thought and kung fu. Since 2007, 37 books have been published, with a total sales volume of over 5 million. This is Chinese mainland's first cartoon adaptation from a long comic book, which was purchased and starred by Disney.

1. All entries must be original and have not been published in newspapers, magazines, websites or other forms. Once plagiarism or other infringement is found in the finalists and award-winning works, the organizer will cancel their award-winning qualification, recover the bonus and award-winning certificate, and the infringer will bear all legal responsibilities by himself;

2. All participants must be the legal owners of the entries, have independent copyrights, legally use pictures, materials and other materials, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities; If the work uses existing patents and third-party commercial materials (such as fonts and pictures), it must be clearly informed in the "Design Description" and the right to use the materials must be guaranteed;

There is no charge for this activity. The ownership of the winning works belongs to the organizer, and the organizer has the right to legally use the winning works from the date of the announcement of the award. The author owns the permanent copyright of his works. If the award-winning author waives the obligation of copyright transfer, it shall be deemed as a voluntary waiver of the corresponding award;

5. Once the work is submitted, it is deemed that the author of the contest agrees and abides by the relevant regulations of the contest.
