③ Dust removal and dust collection control:
Press the left button of dust removal and suction (commonly known as upper suction), and the blower will start working, and press the right button to stop working.
(4) Print start and stop buttons:
Press the left key, the anilox rollers of each color printing department descend to start inking, and the grid of the paper feeding department descends to start paper feeding. Press the right button, the anilox rollers in each color printing department start to rise to stop inking, and the grating in the paper feeding department rises to stop paper feeding.
(5) Left and right baffle adjustment switches:
On the left is the left baffle adjustment switch: switch to "+"to move to the left baffle, and switch to "-"to move to the right;
On the right is the right baffle adjustment switch: switch to "+"to move to the right and switch to "-"to move to the left;
On the upper side is a switch for adjusting the left and right baffles at the same time: when the switch is turned to "+",the left baffle moves to the left and the right baffle moves to the right; When the switch is turned to "-",the left baffle moves to the right and the right baffle moves to the left.
⑥ tailgate adjusting switch:
The switch points to the left, the tailgate moves forward, the switch points to the right, and the tailgate moves backward.
The lower bent cardboard should roll down the rear baffle, and the upper warped cardboard should roll up the rear moving version, so that the cardboard can enter smoothly.

⑧ Control panel of paper feeding department:
Car wall locking button: when this button is pressed, the indicator light will be on, the car wall will be locked, and the unit can move. Press the button, the indicator light goes out, the car wall lock is locked, and the unit cannot move.

The door lock is opened, the left button machine is closed, and the right button machine is separated.
Attending the inching (inching) button of the host:
Press and hold this key, and the host will run slowly.
2, enter the department operation:
According to the requirements of production task list, process list and printed proofs, adjust the feeding rules, twist the side handle of the front baffle until a printed cardboard can easily pass through, and adjust the side baffle, rear baffle and air suction system to a suitable position. The cardboard delivered from the cardboard production line and the paper are correctly tried out, that is, the adjustment is completed.
Second, the final version of the operating procedures
1. Select the printing plate according to the printing plate number on the production task list, and check whether the printing plate is completely consistent with the printing sample (or sample box).
2. Pull the unit away, find the center line, step on the foot switch and turn it to the fixed slot of the hanging plate, and send the printing plate into the hanging plate slot. Step on the foot switch, drive the printing plate upward, rotate to the movable groove of the lower splint, move the tensioning ratchet wheel on the operating side of the plate roller by hand, and tension the printing plate to check whether the printing plate is flat and correct. You can't start printing until it is correct.
3. After printing, turn on the unit and turn the foot switch to the position of the movable slot of the splint. Loosen the ratchet wheel on the operating side by hand, take out the printing plate, clean it and store it in the printing plate cabinet according to the number.
III. Operating Procedures of Slotting Department
1. First, put the grooving knife into the groove, and adjust the position of the grooving knife, the position of the front and rear knives and the distance between knives according to the size requirements of the process sheet.
2. When adjusting the slotting knife, the slotting part should be separated from the whole machine, so as to avoid personal injury caused by machine rotation.
3. Before and after work, the paper scraps of the cutter shaft should be cleaned in time and lubricated.
4, die-cutting department adjustment:
① Move the grooving knife to both sides, just press the edge of the cardboard 1cm.
② Adjust the line pressing, pre-pressing and cutter head pressure to make it less than 0.4-0.5 mm of the paperboard thickness, so as to ensure that the paperboard can smoothly enter the die-cutting department.
③ Place the template in the center of the die-cutting roller. On the template to reduce pressure, separate the die-cutting and the whole machine.
(4) When installing the template, the screw should be installed from the bottom of the template first, and the screw should be installed from the joint of two templates to both sides first. Mainly consider the next mode. Die-cutting means that the lower edge of the template first contacts the Youli glue, and try to install all the screw holes of the template to ensure that the template is really round.
⑤ When adjusting the position of the template, the template should be separated from the Woori glue first, and then adjusted after staggering, so as to avoid damage to the template and Woori glue.
Four, pile driver operation procedures
First of all, use this single piece of cardboard to set the storage rules of the stacker, prepare the tray for receiving the board, and put the lucky paper truck. Adjust the stacker to the tray to receive and print cardboard. There are two lifting devices for stacking cardboard panels, which can be selected by yourself in production. When the printed cardboard is stacked to a certain height, open the receiving plate and lift the height of the stacker until the product can be pulled out. Open the first chop and repeat the operation one by one. After the printed cardboard is sent to the designated area, it will be counted, palletized, bundled and put into storage by the robot. Complete the whole operation.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention
1. After each shift, the ink on the inking roller and cots must be cleaned with clean water, and then the cots should be separated from the inking roller. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the ink roller and cots, resulting in huge losses.
2, after the work of each shift, clean the site health, wipe the equipment, inventory tools, fill in the log record, etc., before leaving.
