Project funds must be spent in strict accordance with the budget and shall not be used for expenditures unrelated to the project. It is strictly forbidden to seek personal gain from project funds in any form in disguise. The reimbursement of funds must have a formal invoice, and provide detailed details of the use and expenditure of funds.
