The user understands and agrees: Regardless of whether the user actually reads it carefully, as long as the user clicks the "Agree" button and completes the registration, or the user actually accepts the products and services of Perfect World, the user has accepted this User Agreement and the various service rules announced by Perfect World (including online game anti-addiction system and real-name authentication service agreement), and are willing to be bound by them. If a dispute arises, the user may not defend himself by claiming that he did not read it carefully.
Users are also reminded that as business conditions change, Perfect World has the right to change this User Agreement and related service rules at any time. When modifying this User Agreement, Perfect World will announce the fact of modification on the relevant page without separately notifying users individually. Users should check the relevant announcements on the official website of Perfect World every time before logging into the Perfect World game to learn about changes to this User Agreement and other service rules. If the user does not agree with this User Agreement or relevant service rules, or does not agree with the modifications made by Perfect World, the user can actively stop using the products and services provided by Perfect World. 2. Copyright Statement
The copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets of all information, materials, and technologies related to products and services provided by Perfect World (including related software) , other intellectual property rights, ownership rights or other rights are owned by Perfect World or its obligees. Users are not allowed to modify any information, materials, software, products and services unless they have obtained legal authorization from Perfect World or its obligees in advance. Copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell. If the user fails to comply with the above provisions of this clause, without prejudice to other rights, Perfect World may immediately terminate the provision of products and services to the user, and the user must destroy any above-mentioned information, materials, software or products that have been obtained. Perfect World owns the ownership of any data and information (including but not limited to account information, game data and system derived data, etc.) generated by the user during the use of the Perfect World software or the user's acceptance of the service by Perfect World.
Users have understood and agreed that the data on all servers provided by Perfect World is owned by "Beijing Perfect World Network Technology Co., Ltd." Perfect World has the right to decide to retain or not retain all or part of the data on the server without affecting the normal reception of services by users.
All account information in the test server will not be within the scope of service storage. During game testing, Perfect World may shut down the test server at any time and delete all data on the test server. The content provided by the test server is a test version and may be different from the official server content. Perfect World will not be responsible for any abnormal situations that occur when users play games on the test server.

Perfect World may formulate different policies for different products and services. The tariff standards and charging methods may also be determined according to different stages of the products and services provided; in addition, Perfect World may also modify the tariff policy from time to time. Perfect World will place the pricing standards, charging methods, purchase methods or other relevant pricing policy information on products and services in prominent locations on web pages related to the products and services.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the right to fully use the products and services of Perfect World, it is recommended that users purchase relevant products and services from the distributors designated by Perfect World.
4. Account and Password
After the user successfully registers, Perfect World has the right to assign a Perfect Pass account to the user based on the commercial operation of each product of Perfect World. The user understands and agrees that once the account is set, it cannot be changed; the password can be changed on the Perfect World website.
Users should provide complete, detailed and true personal information when registering. If the information provided changes in the future, users should log in to their account in time to update it. If the personal information left by the user on Perfect World is inconsistent with the facts, Perfect World may stop providing products and services to the user. When a user claims to Perfect World that he or she owns an account, if there is any discrepancy between the identity information record of the account in Perfect World and the user's identity information, Perfect World has the right not to recognize the account as belonging to the user.
The user understands and agrees: Without the permission and registration of Perfect World, the user shall not leak or provide the account number and password to others, nor may the user lend or transfer the account number to others. If the account or password is leaked due to the user's own fault or the user's computer is infected with a virus or Trojan horse, the user shall bear the resulting losses. Perfect World employees (including but not limited to Perfect World’s website and forum managers, customer service staff, etc.) will not ask users for their passwords in any way, so users should not leak their passwords to anyone, and do not share the password with multiple people. An account, do not install illegal or unknown programs. If a user loses his/her password, Perfect World reserves the right to charge additional fees for services that handle this issue.
If the user discovers that the account or password has been used illegally or abnormally by others, he should immediately notify Perfect World and submit relevant proof that the account is owned by him in order to apply for the suspension of the account. Perfect World will provide users with certain free or paid auxiliary tools for protecting account passwords, but users understand and agree that these tools can only improve the security of accounts and passwords to a certain extent, and Perfect World does not There is no guarantee that users can ensure the absolute security of their account and password after using such auxiliary tools.
The user has understood and agreed that when there is a problem with the user's account information (including abnormal game data), Perfect World can restore the account's information (including its game data) to a certain date. 5. User’s rights
Users can accept the products and services provided by Perfect World in accordance with this User Agreement and other rules published by Perfect World.

The user hereby authorizes Perfect World to use any content uploaded by the user for free.
If the user does not agree with this User Agreement or has objections to the modifications made by Perfect World, or is dissatisfied with the products and services provided by Perfect World, the user can stop using the products and services of Perfect World at any time. If the user chooses to stop using Perfect World's products and services, Perfect World will no longer assume any obligations and responsibilities to the user.
6． User's Obligations
Users are required to equip themselves with all computers and network equipment required to register and use the network, and bear all costs required for accessing the Internet.
The products and services provided by Perfect World to users are commercial activities in themselves, and users need to pay corresponding fees.
Users are obliged to properly keep their account number and password used by Perfect World. When logging in with a correct user account and password, the person using the account is deemed to be the user himself, and any behavior he/she makes will also be regarded as the user's behavior. The user shall be responsible for all actions of the user of this account.
Users agree to abide by the terms of the Perfect World website and customer service center (FAQ). Users should check the terms published on the official website of Perfect World every week, including but not limited to GM service policies, plug-in processing procedures, Specifications such as account theft processing procedures are also valid components of this contract and have the same effect as this contract.
Users should abide by the following principles when using Perfect World services:

(10 ) shall not use the Perfect Space service system to conduct other actions that are detrimental to Perfect Space;
(11) shall not use materials or information obtained from channels not designated by Perfect Space;
(12) Consultations on the services, products, and business of Perfect World and its business partners should be conducted through the customer service channels and other specialized communication channels designated by Perfect World, and negative publicity about Perfect World and its related services must not be released in public;
(13) If any illegal use of user accounts or account security vulnerabilities are discovered, Perfect World should be notified immediately.
7. Cancellation of account and termination or suspension of services
If a user has any one or more of the following behaviors, Perfect World has the right to cancel the user's account or terminate or suspend all or part of the user's services at any time (including but (not limited to blocking the user account and prohibiting the login of the relevant characters), and has the right to cancel or withdraw any benefits obtained by the user through illegal behavior in the game at any time:
(1) Violation of this user agreement or perfect Other service rules published by Time and Space;
(2) Abusing the rights enjoyed;
(3) Providing false registration information;
(4) Use the Perfect World service by improper means;

(6) Violation of Chinese laws and regulations;
(7) Behavior that violates social customs and social ethics;
(8) Other behaviors that violate the relevant regulations of Perfect Space;
(9) The user has not logged in to any of Perfect Space for 360 consecutive days (calculated from the expiry date of the package) online games.
Among them, in case (9), Perfect World has the right to cancel the user’s account including but not limited to the remaining game points and existing game props on the 361st day, without any consequences to the user. Give any compensation.
User agrees: Perfect World has the final right to interpret whether the user's behavior complies with this User Agreement and related product and service usage specifications.
8. Network service interruption
When one of the following circumstances occurs, Perfect World has the right to interrupt the network services provided without notice, and does not need to bear any responsibility to the user:
(1) Regularly carry out necessary maintenance, upkeep and construction of relevant website servers or game servers and other network equipment or related official websites of products and network services provided; users can go to the official website of Perfect World Check the daily downtime and maintenance time in the website and game announcements;
(2) Based on the judgment of Perfect World, we will review the relevant website servers or game servers and other network equipment or the products and network services provided at any time. Necessary maintenance, upkeep and construction of relevant official websites;

9. Termination of network services
Users or Perfect World may terminate network services at any time based on actual circumstances. Perfect World does not need to be responsible to any user or third party for terminating network services at any time.
10． Privacy Protection
Protecting users’ privacy is a basic policy of Perfect World.
Perfect World will take commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of users’ personal information. Perfect World will use generally available security technologies and procedures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Perfect World will not assume any responsibility for the loss of user accounts or the leakage of user personal information due to no fault of Perfect World.
Perfect World promises not to disclose the real name, ID number, home address, mailing address, postal code, email address, password, and password protection tips in the user's registration information without the user's permission. (1) The user allows Perfect World to disclose such personal information;

11. Liability for breach of contract
The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of Perfect World and other users, if the user violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this user agreement and causes any consequences to Perfect World or any other third party. loss, the user agrees to bear liability for any resulting damages.
The user agrees to compensate Perfect World’s parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, and all related personnel for all damages and liabilities arising from the user’s violation of relevant laws and regulations or this user agreement.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect World does not provide any warranty to users, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, applicability, reliability, accuracy, etc. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES FOR PERFORMANCE, COMPLETENESS, VIRUS-FREE AND ERROR-FREE.
In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect World does not guarantee that the products and services provided by Perfect World will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the services provided will not be interrupted, and We do not make any guarantees about the timeliness, security, occurrence of errors, or the accurate, timely and smooth transmission of information of products and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect World will not be liable for any accidental, non-responsiveness or liability arising out of the user’s use of Perfect World’s products and services, or in any way related to Perfect World’s products and services. Direct, special, or indirect damages or claims (including but not limited to personal injury, leakage of privacy, failure to perform any duty including good faith or reasonable care, negligence and any other pecuniary loss) or other losses).
13. Legal jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of relevant specifications of this product and service, as well as the rights and obligations between users and Perfect World arising from the use of Perfect World products and services , the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Law on the Application of Foreign-Related Civil Laws or other similar regulations) shall apply.
For any disputes arising therefrom, the court where Beijing Perfect World Network Technology Co., Ltd. is located shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction. In addition, if any content of this User Agreement conflicts with the law, the legal provisions shall prevail, and Perfect World will reinterpret or modify the relevant terms, while the other parts of this User Agreement will maintain legal effect on users.
14. Delivery and Notification
All notifications under this User Agreement may be made through announcements on important pages, e-mails or regular letters; such notifications shall be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date they are sent. person.
15． Other provisions
If there is any disagreement in understanding any terms in this User Agreement, the interpretation by Perfect World shall prevail.
If any provision of this User Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions of this User Agreement shall remain valid and binding on the parties hereto.
