Introduction of quantum chip

Quantum chip is the only latest high-tech health care product made by microelectronics technology in the world, which is used to improve human energy efficiency, fight against environmental pollution of modern technology and improve diseases caused by modern life. Quantum chip uses integrated/integrated circuit (IC or microchip) technology to generate bio-radio frequency (bio-radio wave), which interacts with the energy fields of human beings and animals. After ten years of research and twelve improvements, quantum chips now produce the twelfth generation of products. Quantum chip enjoys the patent invention rights in Taiwan Province Province and Chinese mainland, China. Recently, the international authoritative magazine Physical Review Express published the important progress made by Guo, the key laboratory of quantum information of Chinese Academy of Sciences, led by Academician Guo Guangcan of Chinese University of Science and Technology, in the field of quantum chip development. This achievement was completed by Guo's research group and its collaborators. A new type of electronically controlled coded qubit with good quantum coherence, fast manipulation speed and strong controllability is successfully realized on GaAs semiconductor quantum chip for the first time.
