First, the academic degree standard (out of 6 points)
No bachelor degree 0, bachelor 1, master 2, full-time master 3, doctor 6.
Two, the current professional title qualification evaluation standard (out of 8 points)
The basic length of service is 0 points, with an increase of 1 year and 1 minute, 2 points in 2 years, 3 points in 3 years, 4 points in 4 years, 6 points in 5 years and 8 points in 6 years and above.
Three, the working years condition scoring standard (full score 10)
0.25 points will be added for each full year of working time, and the working years will be calculated according to the whole year.

First prize of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements and first prize of provincial and ministerial teaching achievements 13 points;
The second prize of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements, the second prize of provincial and ministerial teaching achievements, and the achievement of provincial educational science planning-award-10;
The third prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievements, the third prize of provincial and ministerial level teaching achievements and the second prize of provincial educational science planning achievements are 7 points;
The first prize of municipal scientific and technological achievements and the third prize of provincial educational scientific planning achievements are 5 points;
The second prize of municipal scientific and technological achievements is 4 points; Third prize of municipal scientific and technological achievements 3 points.
Five, teaching achievement award (out of 30 points)
1. Team building a national excellent teaching team, with 6 points for the person in charge, 2 points for the member, 3 points for the member, 4-5 points for the member, and 0/point for the member.
For the provincial excellent teaching team, the person in charge gets 4 points, the member 1 gets 3 points, the member 2-3 gets 2 points, and the member 4-5 gets 1 point.
For famous teachers of teaching, 8 points will be added at the national level, 6 points at the provincial level, 4 points at the municipal level and 3 points at the specialist level.
Professional leaders, national plus 8 points, provincial plus 6 points, municipal plus 4 points, specialist plus 3 points.
Key teachers, national plus 4 points, provincial plus 3 points, municipal plus 2 points, specialist plus 1 point.
