1. "Evaluation Form for Qualifications for Professional and Technical Positions"
2. "Declaration of Junior Major" Concise List of Qualifications for Technical Positions"
3. An independently written professional and technical masterpiece (technical work summary or paper)
4. Educational qualifications, degree certificates (original) and copies One copy.
5. Those who apply for assistant engineers should provide one copy each of technician qualification certificate, unit appointment certificate (original) and copy; "Engineering and Technical Personnel Assessment Registration Form" since taking up the current position
6. The original and a copy of the continuing education certificate for each year since taking up the current position.
