(3) Application processing

After receiving the "Application Form", the accepting agency will register and formally review whether the application requirements are complete. Applications that are complete or have unclear application content will be returned and the applicant will be required to make corrections, changes, or supplements; for applications with complete requirements, an answer will be given on the spot if the answer is available, or within 15 working days from the date of receipt if the answer is not available.
