Yang Xiwei is from Zhuzhou, Hunan. He had the dream of starting a business when he was in middle school. In September 2017, he was admitted to Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College to major in mechatronics. Entering the first semester of college, Yang Xiwei began to realize his entrepreneurial dream. It was military training at that time. Yang Xiwei went back to his dormitory to take a shower after a day of training. The faucet often ran out of water or the water was low. The school arranged for personnel to repair it.
But Yang Xiwei thinks there should be a better way: "I studied electronic information engineering, and I was thinking about whether I could make a remote control system so that maintenance workers wouldn't need to crawl around like this every day. Go, especially at night when the maintenance workers are off work." So Yang Xiwei started research and development with his classmates. Under the leadership of his teacher, he invented the "Smart Fusion Central Hot Water Energy Saving Housekeeper System", which solved the hot water problem in the dormitory.

The team's entrepreneurial spirit has also won the support and praise of the former deputy minister of the Ministry of Engineering of the Lao People's Government. In 2019, Yang Xiwei organized students with *** aspirations to form an entrepreneurial team, established Hunan Qingchuang Silk Road Technology Co., Ltd., and created a "Specialized Innovation and Integration Research Laboratory" with teachers and students of the School of Electronic Information Engineering.
