In order to reward the excellent and punish the poor, form a correct orientation among students, encourage all students to develop in an all-round way in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, and strive to improve their comprehensive quality, according to the Regulations on the Selection of Undergraduate Scholarships of Nanjing University of Technology, the Student Affairs Office has formulated detailed rules for the evaluation of scholarships in our college on the basis of this regulation.

1. Add and subtract points in comprehensive evaluation
2. The principle of adding and subtracting points:
1. Students who have made outstanding achievements in all aspects will be given extra points in the comprehensive evaluation of the semester.
2. Those who violate the relevant regulations of the school, or fail to meet the requirements of the school in some aspects, will lose points in the overall evaluation of the semester.
3. Scholarships are finally ranked on the basis of comprehensive grade point (comprehensive grade point = average grade point+comprehensive evaluation plus or minus points).
Article 3:
1. Social work:

2. Dormitory construction: (1) Member of "Hongqi Dormitory": .8; (2) Members of "Advanced Dormitory": .5; (3) members of the "health dormitory": .3
3. Cultural and sports activities: (1) In the school-level competition, the first prize (or first prize) is added with .5 points, the second prize (or second prize) with .4 points, and the third prize (or third prize) with .3 points; (2) In provincial and municipal competitions, the first place (or first prize) plus .1 points, the second place (or second prize) plus .8 points, and the third place (or third prize) plus .6 points; (3) in the national competition, the first place (or first prize) will be awarded .12 points, the second place (or second prize) will be awarded .1 points, and the third place (or third prize) will be awarded .8 points
4. Academic competitions such as science and technology and learning: (1) In the school-level competition, the first place (or first prize) will be awarded. (2) In provincial and municipal competitions, the first place (or first prize) plus .1 points, the second place (or second prize) plus .8 points, and the third place (or third prize) plus .6 points; (3) in the national competition, the first prize (or first prize) will be awarded with .12 points, the second prize (or second prize) with .1 points, and the third prize (or third prize) with .8 points
5. Academic project awards: Nanjing University of Technology as the unit; (1) For papers published in international journals, the first author will be awarded with points for each article. For papers published in domestic core journals, the first author will get .1 point for each article and the second author will get .5 point for each article. (2) If an international patent is granted, the first patentee will get .2 points, the second patentee will get .1 points, and the third patentee will get .5 points; If a domestic patent is authorized, the first patentee will get .1 points, the second patentee will get .5 points, and the third patentee will get .2 points; (3) If a national-level innovation and entrepreneurship project is approved, the project host will get .1 point, and the project members will get .5 point; Get the provincial innovation and entrepreneurship project, the project host plus .5 points, project members plus .3.
6. Works and publicity: .3 point will be added for each article that publishes works in the school newspaper, and .5 point will be added for each article that publishes works in the media at or above the provincial and municipal levels.
7. Other aspects: If the Student Affairs Office thinks it is necessary to add points, it may add points as appropriate.
8. If the above detailed rules are obtained repeatedly, they can be superimposed, but the total score is no more than 1.5 points (those who have won awards above the provincial level or academic achievements are not counted).
Article 4 Deduction Rules:
1. If you are absent from class, class meeting or grade meeting for no reason, you will be deducted .1 point; if you are absent from self-study in the morning and evening, you will be deducted .1 point for self-study twice in the morning and .1 point for self-study once in the evening. Those who destroy public property, do not pay attention to hygiene and morality, and do not abide by classroom discipline will be reduced by .5 ~ .2 points depending on the seriousness of the case.
2. Those who go out without leave and come home late at night will be reduced by .3 point each time, and those who don't come home will be reduced by .15 point each time.
3. In violation of the Measures for the Administration of Computers in Students' Dormitories of Nanjing University of Technology, if I or lend others a computer to engage in activities unrelated to study, play unhealthy discs or often play games, the score will be reduced by .3 ~ .5 as appropriate.
4. Those who violate the Measures for the Administration of Students' Dormitories in Nanjing University of Technology will be reduced by .3 ~ .5 points as the case may be.
5. Anyone who violates the Student Handbook of Nanjing University of Technology and the relevant regulations of the school, who is given a warning, a serious warning, a demerit, or stays in the school for observation, will be disqualified from participating in the scholarship. Those who are in informed criticism, the comprehensive evaluation will be reduced by .5 points and scored every time.
7. If the student affairs office considers it necessary to reduce points for any bad behavior not covered in the above clauses, it may reduce points as appropriate.

Article 5 The right to interpret these Measures belongs to the Student Affairs Office of Urban Construction College.
