The locking pin moves to the left and the second spring compresses, causing the locking pin head to disengage from the gear.
③. After the placement of the panels is completed, slide the protective cover downwards so that the protective cover is in a closed state. At this time, there is no longer any force between the second pull rope and the door panel, and the door panel is affected by the gravity of one side of the counterweight block. The influence rotates clockwise around the fulcrum, causing the door panel to open.
④. After the door panel is opened, manually step on the pedal. The arc-shaped rack and gear on the pedal will slide together. After stepping on the pedal, the pedal will rebound after receiving the first elastic force, and the punch will complete the stamping work.
⑤. Open the protective cover and slide the protective cover upward. The protective cover pulls the second pull cord to make the door panel rotate counterclockwise around the fulcrum. Close the door panel and take out the stamped panel. The pressure rod is no longer affected. When the plate is pressed, the second spring stretches to re-lock the lock pin and the gear. At the same time, the lock pin slides to the right and pulls the first pull rope, and the pressure rod resets the pressure rod under the tension of the first pull rope.
