First, to make aluminum foil paper, we must first cut these huge aluminum blocks into small pieces, then send them into the solution with a forklift and melt them at a high temperature of 700 degrees Celsius. Then a part of aluminum liquid is poured into this small mold, and the solidified sample is sent for testing. Because the purified components of raw materials are tested, this tank is used to discharge rainwater to the slag outlet, and then Lishui sinks into the mobile car above the shunt well. Through this process, most impurities in aluminum liquid are removed, and the mold is cooled with water to accelerate the solidification of aluminum liquid.
Secondly, the solidified aluminum block is taken out of the mold. Each aluminum block is four meters long, one meter wide, 0.5 meters thick and weighs eight tons. Therefore, the price must be lifted by overhead cranes and transported to special platforms. Then scrape the impurities with a surface area of 3 mm through this surface layer to make its surface smooth and flat, and the residual liquid on the surface of aluminum block should be clear at the same time. The next step is a series of manufacturing processes of pressing aluminum blocks into thin sheets. Firstly, the aluminum block is extruded with a hot roller, and the temperature of the roller is as high as 500 degrees Celsius. Because of the high temperature, there is a hidden danger of rollers sticking to each other, so in order to avoid this situation, it is necessary to use 95% water and 5% oil for cooling during hot rolling.
Thirdly, with the continuous roll extrusion, the aluminum block gradually becomes thinner, and workers will extrude the aluminum block 12 to 16 times according to different processing requirements. Now the aluminum block we see is only seven centimeters thick, but it needs to be rolled and pressed to a thickness of five millimeters. In the rolling stage, aluminum plates are transported by conveyor belts. At this time, the aluminum plate has become a 5 mm thick sheet, which is thin enough to be rolled up, and then the aluminum plate is rolled together before entering the conduit machine, and then the aluminum plate will be pressed even thinner.
Fourth, after repeated rolling by the machine, the current aluminum plate is as thin as paper. In order to avoid being crushed by the pressure of the guide rail, it is necessary to fold the aluminum plate into two layers, and then press the thick aluminum plate with the mixed fried chicken for the last time to reach the specified thickness. Then cut the aluminum foil paper into the required width with a knife head, and finally process a huge aluminum block into 13 km long aluminum foil paper.
