What contributions has Lu Ke, Vice Governor of Liaoning made?

On October 11, 2018, Lu Ke was appointed deputy governor of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government.

On January 5, 2019, the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress by-elected Lu Ke as a representative of the 13th Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress. Lu Ke also had many careers in his life, such as Lu Ke, a materials scientist, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an academician of the Academy of Sciences for Developing Countries, an academician of the German Academy of Sciences, a foreign academician of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In 1993, his quenching non-equilibrium alloy and solid-state reaction mechanism won the first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ranking second.

In 1996, he won the second prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In 2002, the research on the formation and structure of amorphous and nanocrystals in the mechanical alloying process won the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Award, ranking 3rd.
