Working process: the door opening sensor provides a trigger signal to the control system, and the control system sends an instruction to the frequency converter according to the current position of the quick shutter door, starts the driving motor to make the shutter curtain rise rapidly, and vehicles and pedestrians automatically descend through the rear shutter curtain, closing the passage until the next door opening signal is opened again. As the name implies, the vertical speed of the quick shutter door is very fast, so it can't be started and stopped directly like the steel shutter door. Generally, a frequency converter is needed to control the speed of the motor. The sooner you get up, the better. When it is almost in place (about 500px), it is necessary to have a deceleration buffer stop process to prevent it from hitting the track, preventing people from being pinched and reducing noise.
