If the cover page is "xx Provincial Professional and Technical Qualification Certificate", it is universal within the province. If the cover page is "Technical Qualification Certificate of xx Company", it is common within the unit.
Social review is generally organized by the local social security bureau or authorized relevant departments. It is open to the public, has unified application requirements, unified judges’ evaluation (defense), public announcement, stronger credibility and more authority. Professional title certificates for socialized review are generally universal across the country, and can be used in different places such as bidding, changing jobs, applying for corporate qualifications, or being promoted to a higher professional title.
