Technical content of CCP thermal insulation composite panels

Insulated roofs are divided into traditional insulated roofs and inverted roofs according to the different settings of the insulation layer. The inverted roof can protect the waterproof layer from direct ultraviolet rays of the sun and temperature changes, effectively improving the durability of the waterproof layer. Polystyrene foam is lightweight, sound-absorbing, hydrophobic, and has good thermal properties, making it very suitable for use as thermal insulation material for inverted roofs.

The inverted roof CCP thermal insulation composite panel developed by this project uses waste polystyrene foam as insulation material, making full use of the good thermal properties of waste polystyrene foam and using special machinery. For crushing and granulation, a very small amount of cement is used as the binding material, mixed in a special light aggregate mixing equipment, and the mold is formed. The product's insulation material layer and protective layer are combined together, and the product size is standardized, which can be industrialized. It has convenient construction and maintenance, beautiful appearance, and reduces the cost of roofing projects20. When crushing and granulating waste polystyrene foam, the original particle size should be maintained as much as possible, which is generally 4-7 mm. Special equipment must be used for crushing.

Polystyrene foam particles are light, non-absorbent and extremely difficult to mix. The special lightweight aggregate mixer developed in this project can fully mix polystyrene foam particles using only cement as a binder. , good thermal performance and high compressive strength after mixing.

The product's insulation material layer and protective layer are compounded together. It has obtained a national patent. It has a mature molding process and can be industrialized.
