Our institute actively carries out international and domestic technical exchanges and cooperation, and has good cooperative relations with many universities and research institutes, such as Tianjin University, Hohai University, Dalian University of Technology, Zhejiang University, nanjing hydraulic research institute, Research Institute of Ministry of Railways, Institute of Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Research Institute of Building Science of Ministry of Construction. It has successively undertaken experimental research and engineering construction projects on technical problems of foreign ports and terminals such as Mauritania, Malta, Pakistan and Vietnam, participated in many international conferences on basic and structural analysis and construction technology of coastal ports, and received scholars from Japan, France, Denmark, the United States, Russia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Vietnam, Singapore and South Korea for lectures and technical exchanges.
Our institute is based on the transformation of scientific research results into productive forces. For decades, the whole country has left the footprints of our struggle and won many awards. Among them, "vacuum preloading method to strengthen soft soil foundation" and "vacuum preloading combined with surcharge preloading method" won the national "Sixth Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological research award and won the national invention patent; "Low curing agent for epoxy resin" won the national invention award; "Research on high-strength concrete with special compound admixture" won the Science and Technology Star Award of the United Nations Science and Technology Information Promotion System and the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Communications. The "Complete Technology of Artificial Island Project Construction of Macau International Airport" participated by our institute won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. The "Technical Research on Strengthening Soft Foundation by Deep Cement Mixing at Sea (CDM Method at Sea)" hosted by our institute won the National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement Award in the Ninth Five-Year Plan. In addition, many achievements have won provincial (city) level scientific and technological progress awards.
According to the international quality assurance mode of ISO900 1, our institute has established a complete quality system for developing, researching, producing and selling scientific research products that users are satisfied with. 1998 took the lead in passing Lloyd's international quality certification among scientific research units in the transportation industry, and passed the re-evaluation of LRQA on August 5438+0 in 2006, and obtained the certificate conforming to ISO900 1:2000 standard.
