On the issue of patent royalties

As the final consumer, because it is for personal use, there is no need to bear the royalties.

However, if the vendors who sell you the most things, such as software vendors with TCP/IP operating systems, 3G equipment vendors and MP3 vendors, use other people's patents without their own patents, they will have to pay the patent owners. According to common sense, this part of the patent fees will be counted as costs, and the costs will eventually be passed on to the final consumers.

In short, no one will charge the end consumers royalties, they will only charge the manufacturers who produce and sell these products. But it doesn't mean that consumers don't pay the bill (included in the price).
