This series of products has passed the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements appraisal (Shaanxi Kejianzi [2010] No. 097) and related certifications. And it has been upgraded to the transportation industry standard of the People's Republic of China (JT 2009-26), which is suitable for all types of highways and municipal bridges in earthquake intensity areas of 9 degrees and below.

The seismic isolation rubber bearing not only has all the performance of the plate bearing, but also has good seismic isolation performance, which can effectively reduce the damage caused by earthquakes to the bridge. High-damping rubber bearings are one type of isolation rubber bearings. The rubber used is made of high-damping rubber materials, which can achieve a damping ratio of 10% to 16%. Its shape and structure are the same as those of natural rubber bearings, but its rubber material is highly viscous, can absorb energy by itself, and has greater ductility. It can extend the natural vibration period of the structure during earthquakes, reduce earthquake forces, and utilize its energy dissipation. Characteristics: It plays the role of shock absorption and isolation, and has reached the performance of lead-core sandwich rubber bearings.

Use high-damping composite rubber material to replace the lead core, and adjust the proportion of filling material to change the total damping, so that it has a strong energy-dissipation capacity and has the effect of reducing earthquakes. High-damping rubber bearings have stable performance, strong energy dissipation and ductility. High-damping rubber bearings have higher equivalent viscous damping, that is, higher energy dissipation, significant shock absorption and isolation effects, and can effectively The ground controls the seismic response of the isolation structure. Due to the integration of functions, the volume is smaller than the lead core bearing, which can save space, the construction is more convenient, and the price is cheaper than the lead core sandwich rubber bearing.
