1. Introduction to the school

Henan University is a national “double first-class” university and a provincial and ministerial university. Founded in 1912, it was originally named Henan Preparatory School for Studying in Europe and the United States. In 1942, it was changed to National Henan University. In 1984, the name of Henan University was restored. In October 2008, it entered the ranks of the provincial and ministerial universities. In September 2016, it was selected into the national “111 Plan”. In September 2017, it was selected into the first batch of national “double first-class” universities. In March 2022, it will once again enter the ranks of the national “double first-class” construction universities. It has 12 disciplines including liberal arts, science, engineering, medicine, and agriculture, 36 colleges (teaching and research departments), 99 undergraduate majors, 48 ??first-level master's degree-granting disciplines, 29 professional master's degree-granting categories, and 21 doctoral degrees. 2. Organizational Leadership

IV. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions that applicants must meet:

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

3. Have good political literacy and moral conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions required for the position;

5. For master’s degree students from well-known domestic and foreign universities who graduate in 2021 or 2022, fresh graduates must obtain their academic degree certificate before July 31, 2022. The first academic qualification is a general higher education undergraduate degree and a bachelor's degree;

6. Have the professional knowledge and other conditions required for the position;

7. In principle, the age should not exceed 30 years old (Born on or after January 1, 1992);

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

V. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Release of Recruitment Information

(2) Registration

4. Undergraduate diploma, degree certificate and academic certification report (scan as PDF document);

5. Master’s diploma, degree certificate and academic certification report, employment for graduates who have not obtained dual master’s certificates Recommendation form or on-time graduation certificate issued by the college (scanned as a PDF document);

6. Academic transcripts for each stage of study (scanned as a PDF document);

(3) Qualification review

The qualification review work is organized and implemented by the school’s open recruitment leading group office. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process, and those who are found to have committed fraud will be disqualified.

(4) Examination

The examination includes a written examination and an interview, which are organized and implemented by our school under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Relevant information about the exam will be announced on the website of our school’s Personnel Office.

1. Written test. The written test is worth 100 points. The content of the written test mainly covers the basic professional knowledge required for applying for the position. It mainly assesses the applicant's knowledge level and professional quality to meet the job requirements. It is conducted in a closed-book format. The school does not specify review textbooks. Please pay attention to the notice board on the website of our school’s Personnel Office in time for the location and arrangement of the written examination. The results of the written test will be announced on the website of our school’s Personnel Office within one week after the written test.

During the written examination, if the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people who have passed the qualification review does not reach 1:3, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly, and the changes will be announced on the school personnel office website in a timely manner. After the written test, if there are less than 3 people taking part in the written test for a certain position, the recruitment for that position will be cancelled.

2. Interview. The interview is scored out of 100 points. Candidates for the interview will be determined based on the written test scores and in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be recruited for the position, from high score to low score. The last candidates with tied scores will enter the interview together. During the interview, if the recruitment position becomes uncompetitive due to absence of personnel, the number of recruits for the position will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment for the position is cancelled. If more than 2 people (inclusive) for the same recruitment position show up, the interview will continue and the results will be valid. The results of those who did not show up will be regarded as zero points.

The entire interview session is videotaped. The interview content covers the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of the recruitment position.

After the interview, the interview results will be announced on-site, and the interview results and rankings will be announced on the website of our school’s Human Resources Office on the same day. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will not be hired. Those who do not show up will be considered as zero points.

3. The total test score = written test score × 40 interview score × 60 (retain to two decimal places).

(5) Physical examination and inspection

Based on the total test score, the list of physical examination personnel will be determined from high score to low score according to the 1:1 ratio of the number of people to be recruited for the position, and the last one will have the test score. Similarly, interviews and tests are conducted. The list of physical examination personnel and requirements are published on the website of our school’s Personnel Office. Physical examinations are organized by our school and students are responsible for their own expenses. The physical examination standards refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for Henan Province Teacher Qualification Applicants (Revised in 2017)". If the physical examination subjects give up the physical examination or there are vacancies in recruitment positions due to unqualified physical examination, they will be filled in equal amounts according to the total examination score from high score to low score.

Those who have passed the physical examination will be inspected by our school in terms of their ideological and political performance, moral character and other aspects. The specific inspection methods and requirements will be notified separately. Those with records of disciplinary violations and other ineligibility will be disqualified upon verification. Those who fail the inspection will no longer be replaced.

(6) Announcement of proposed personnel

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are the proposed personnel. After the proposed personnel are determined after research by the school, they will be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and filing, and will be publicized. The publicity period is 7 working days.

6. Recruitment

7. Discipline and Supervision
