1) Submit patent application documents (including claims, specifications, drawings of specifications, abstracts and drawings of abstracts), patent request (including invention name, applicant, inventor and related materials, etc. ) and the patent application fee paid to the patent office (that is, the formal fee paid to the patent office). From this, the application date and application number can be obtained, which is the only number examined by the patent office in the future. The formal admission notice will be issued within two weeks after the application date.
2) The Patent Office conducts examination (divided into two stages: preliminary examination and substantive examination), and issues a notice of examination opinions, requiring the applicant to reply within the prescribed time limit. After the examination is finally qualified, the patent office issues a notice of authorization, indicating that it agrees to authorize.
3) The announcement of patent authorization shall take effect after the applicant handles the authorization registration.
