Industrialized circulating water aquaculture equipment
Sources of solid waste in aquaculture water;
The solid waste in industrial circulating water aquaculture mainly comes from feed, excreta of cultured species, biological flora in cultured water, scales and residual limbs of cultured species, etc. Reasonable feed consumption can reduce the amount of residual bait in aquaculture water, reduce bait coefficient and save aquaculture cost.
Harm of solid waste in aquaculture water;
The most significant influence of solid waste on water quality in circulating water treatment is turbidity. Excessive solid waste will cause abnormal turbidity of aquaculture water and affect the activities of aquaculture varieties. At the same time, it will also lead to the rapid propagation of microbial flora, consume dissolved oxygen in aquaculture water, make it difficult for cultured varieties to breathe and increase the difficulty of aerobic treatment. At the same time, the excessive turbidity of aquaculture water will also affect the appetite of aquaculture varieties, slow down the growth rate of aquaculture varieties and increase the risk of illness. The fruit accumulation of aquaculture solid waste will also lead to the dissolution of harmful substances in aquaculture water, and the content of typical harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen will continue to increase. When the content of ammonia nitrogen is higher than 0.5mg/L, it will lead to the inability to eat and breathe until death. Therefore, the timely discharge of solid waste from aquaculture water is an important link of circulating water aquaculture system.
Treatment of solid waste in aquaculture water;
The solid waste in circulating water treatment is mainly treated by physical methods. According to the particle size of solid waste, there are the following treatment methods:
1. Sewage suction and discharge
The sewage discharge process of residual bait feces in industrial circulating water aquaculture is one of the core links, which is related to the final effect of aquaculture water treatment. Among all the shapes of aquaculture ponds, the circular shape is the most favorable for sewage discharge. Using the oxygen-increasing water pushing device to push the aquaculture water body to rotate counterclockwise, China is in the northern hemisphere, and only a small thrust is needed to push the aquaculture water body to move in the aquaculture pond. Based on the principle of centrifugal force, solid waste will accumulate in the middle, and there is a sewage outlet in the center of the bottom of the round pool, from which solid waste will be discharged, and the sewage discharge rate can reach above 95%.
2. Coarse filtration
The particle size of solid waste from industrial circulating water aquaculture is not easy, and it needs to be treated several times before it can be completely removed. The coarse filtration is mainly to filter the solid particle waste with the mesh larger than 100 first. At present, there are two main types of filtration equipment. The first type is drum filter, which is one of the most common filtering devices in industrialized circulating water aquaculture system. 3 16L stainless steel filter screen is adopted, and the mesh number of the filter screen can be adjusted according to the different breeding varieties and growth process. A backwashing water pump is designed outside the drum, which can backwash the filter screen regularly or as needed to ensure the filtering effect. The second is the air-floating sewage aeration garbage recovery system, which adopts the principle of air-lifting bottom sewage and can simultaneously discharge large solid particle garbage and suspended solid garbage. After the aquaculture wastewater enters the filter barrel, it first enters the filter screen, and then flows into the next water treatment unit under the action of water level difference, and the sewage discharge effect can be completed without a special sewage suction pump. According to the need, a system can be configured for each or every two aquaculture ponds, which is convenient to use, energy-saving and efficient. Compared with roller microfilter, the only disadvantage is that it needs manual cleaning.
3. Fine filtration
Fine filtration mainly removes tiny solid particles and some water-soluble impurities from aquaculture wastewater. Foam separation is a separation method which uses bubbles as the medium and uses the difference of surface activity of components to separate, so that the surface active substances in water are adsorbed by tiny bubbles and float to the water surface with the bubbles to form foam, and then the foam on the water surface is separated, thus achieving the purpose of removing dissolved and suspended pollutants in wastewater. Protein separator is a kind of foam separation equipment with high efficiency and good treatment effect. Can be customized according to the requirements of the system, but also widely used in aquariums, aquariums and other places.
