Substantive examination of an application for a patent for invention;

Three. Development goals
The construction objectives of Jiangsu Center include: expanding the patent examination team in China and improving the patent examination ability; Promote the development of patent industry in Jiangsu province and enhance the intellectual property service capacity in East China; Explore the transformation of intellectual property service economic development mode and new ways to build an innovative country. According to the needs of China's intellectual property development, it is estimated that by the end of 20 15, Jiangsu Center will have a team size of 2000 Patent examiners and 120 managers. With the acceleration of building an innovative country in China and the deepening of global economic integration, the intellectual property system will play a more important role in stimulating scientific and technological innovation and transforming the mode of economic development. Jiangsu Center will be integrated into this great historical process and make greater contributions to the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy and the construction of an innovative country!
