Scheme formation

Development experience: overcoming difficulties

In the process of developing DBP 10 5.8 mm bullet, developers are faced with one technical problem after another. After analysis and exploration, they are solved one by one, and finally meet the performance of various weapons.

Long-range ballistic performance problem

In the previous external ballistic test, there were some problems, such as the consistency of 800m trajectory could not meet the operational technical requirements, and the penetration power margin of 1000m was insufficient.

Matching problem of gun/bomb system

During the verification test of the prototype, it was found that the gun/bomb system did not match. Cause analysis The above technical problems are deeply analyzed. After many discussions and experiments, it is considered that the lack of flight stability of bullets in the barrel is the main reason for the poor firing density. Bullets wear the barrel seriously, reducing its life.

After discussion and research, the following technical measures are put forward: (1) to improve the flight stability of the bullet itself to meet the use requirements of the 95-type 5.8 mm gun family; For the 95- 1 type 5.8mm gun family, the line bore is redesigned to adapt to the DBP 10 type 5.8mm ordinary bullet.

Therefore, in the improved design of DBP 10 5.8 mm ordinary projectile, the following technical measures were taken.

The diameter of steel core is reduced from 4. 1mm to 3.8mm, so as to increase the thickness of lead sleeve, shorten the length of warhead, properly adjust the position of the centroid of warhead, and shorten the distance between the centroid and the choke center, thus reducing the moment of inertia ratio of warhead and improving flight stability; The bullet was changed from F 1 1 copper clad steel to H90, which reduced the wear on the barrel and prolonged its service life. Gun calibration and adjustment mechanism

In order to ensure the shooting accuracy, QM/QMJ laser pen has designed a gun calibration and adjustment mechanism, including a height adjustment mechanism and a direction adjustment mechanism. By adjusting the handwheel, the gun can be calibrated and the height and direction can be adjusted respectively. The mechanism adopts the optical lever adjustment mechanism commonly used in sight, and in order to prevent the zero movement caused by the impact of weapons during shooting, the height/direction adjustment handwheel is also equipped with a zero locking handwheel.

The gun calibration and adjustment mechanism can be manually adjusted and locked without using special tools, which is convenient to use.
