In the past five years, it has successively undertaken more than 100 national 973 major basic research projects, national 863 high-tech projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, national defense key model projects, national defense pre-research projects, provincial ministries and horizontal projects project, the total funding received is more than 70 million yuan, of which more than 80% is vertical scientific research funding.
A number of important scientific research results in this discipline have been promoted, applied and industrialized. During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, the national defense pre-research projects - "XXXXXXXXXX Technology" and "XXXXXXXX Technology" have been transformed into key models of military industry products and entered mass production, with an output value of more than 150 million yuan. Military XXXXXXXXXX technology has been promoted and applied, forming a production capacity of six models of XXXXXXX vehicles, with an output value of approximately 200 million yuan. The GPS-PDA land and resources survey system (Survey Star) was approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources and has been promoted and applied in 13 provinces (cities) across the country.
This discipline actively carries out international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges. It has undertaken the research tasks of the major international cooperation project "Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer" led by Professor Ding Zhaozhong, the Nobel Prize winner of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and participated in the China-Europe International Research on the key cooperation project "Galileo Satellite Navigation Technology".
In the past five years, this discipline has published nearly 600 papers, and more than 130 papers have been included in SCI and EI. This discipline has achieved fruitful scientific research results. In the past five years, it has won 1 second-class National Science and Technology Progress Award, 21 provincial and ministerial level Science and Technology Achievement Awards, and 3 international academic awards. Obtained 10 national invention patent authorizations.
