What is the latest patent law?

Article 17 of Presidential Decree No.26 of Copyright Law stipulates that the ownership of copyright in commissioned works shall be agreed by the client and the trustee through the contract. If the contract is not clearly stipulated or concluded, the copyright belongs to the trustee.

Article 13 of Presidential Decree No.26 of the Copyright Law stipulates that the copyright of a work created by two or more co-authors shall be shared by the co-authors. People who don't participate in the creation can't be co-authors.

Where a cooperative work can be used alone, the authors may enjoy the copyright of their respective parts, but the exercise of copyright shall not infringe upon the copyright of the cooperative work as a whole.

Article 9 of Decree No.359 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Copyright Law stipulates that if a cooperative work cannot be used alone, its copyright shall be shared by all the co-authors and exercised by consensus; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation without justifiable reasons, neither party shall prevent the other party from exercising other rights except transfer, but the proceeds shall be reasonably distributed to all co-authors.

Payment of copyright remuneration Article 29 of Presidential Decree No.26 of the Copyright Law stipulates that publishers, performers, producers of audio and video recordings, radio stations, television stations, etc. The use of another person's work in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Law shall not infringe upon the author's right of signature, modification, protection of the integrity of the work and remuneration.
