You can submit a request to change the bibliographic item to the State Intellectual Property Office. The form can be downloaded from the website of the State Intellectual Property Office. Fill it out according to the requirements on the form. Fill in both the address before and after the change. Then send it to the Patent Acceptance Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, and future letters will be sent to the changed address.
