By April 2020, there were 880 teachers in the school, including 223 doctors, 49.03% teachers with senior titles, 82.86% teachers with master's and doctor's degrees, of which more than 25% were doctors, 40. 10% were professional teachers and more than 50% were middle-aged teachers. The school has approved 292 vertical research projects at or above the provincial level, including the National Natural Science Foundation Project 1, the major research project of the 13th Five-Year Plan for higher education and scientific research 1, and four humanities and social science fund projects of the Ministry of Education.
