I want to install a skirting radiator in the renovation of my new house. I don't know how to get in. Which professional can tell me something about popular science?

Hello! Let me introduce myself first: I am engaged in the heating industry 16, the inventor of skirting heating. I have nearly 20 utility models and invention patents in the heating industry, including skirting heating and thin-wall heating, and I am committed to the research and development, production and related knowledge dissemination of HVAC products that can bring comfort, energy saving, health and environmental protection to human beings and integrate with home decoration. I hope my sharing will be helpful to everyone.

How to install the skirting heater can be divided into two situations. One is to install the skirting heater in the blank room, and the other is to install the skirting heater in the decoration room. The following are introduced respectively.

In the first case, how to enter the door when installing the blank house of the new house.

When installing skirting heating in the blank house of the new house, there is no need to consider the problem of entering the door. This is because the heating system is composed of aluminum plastic pipes and water separators. The system piping is buried under the floor or tile. At the beginning of renovation, the system pipes are embedded. During the construction, two pipes are slotted from the ground. From the water separator to each room, pipes are reserved on both sides of the door of each room. If a room has a sliding door, then the skirting heating of this room is divided into two parts. After the wall and floor are decorated, install the skirting heater, and then connect both ends of the skirting heater with the reserved system pipeline, so you don't have to consider the problem of entering the door, as shown below.

The heating system of the blank room is arranged under the floor, so it is not necessary to consider kicking people in the door. )

In the second case, the renovated house is equipped with a skirting line to keep warm.

In this case, not all skirting heaters can be installed. Only skirting heaters with design thickness exceeding 25mm can be installed. Because the floor of the renovated house cannot be moved, the heating system pipes should be arranged behind the skirting heater and hidden behind the skirting heater. The baseboard heater is too thin, and there is no room for 6-point aluminum-plastic pipe at the back.

Take the skirting heating of Yinzhai as an example. The design thickness of the central heating for the skirting line of Yinwu is 30mm, and two 6-point central heating pipes can be placed at the back. During installation, the heating pipes are arranged in parallel, and the main heating pipe walks around the inner side of the external wall of the whole house, making holes through the wall without passing through the indoor door. When the water inlet main pipe enters the room, the branch pipe is connected with a card tee, and the pipeline is arranged behind the skirting heating and connected with one end of the skirting heating. When the water inlet and outlet main pipes come out of the room, the water return main pipes are connected with the branch pipes through the clamping tee, and arranged along the warm back of the skirting line, and connected with the warm other end of the skirting line of the room, and a temperature control valve is installed to warm the skirting line of the room to form a loop, and both the water inlet end and the water return end are equipped with temperature control valves, which can be closed when not in use, or the room temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the flow rate. This is how the piping of the baseboard heating system is installed, and it does not need to pass through several indoor doors. The piping is almost invisible on the wall and does not destroy the original decoration.

Although you don't have to go through the indoor door, you usually go through an entrance door and a sliding door from the living room (or bedroom) to the balcony. There are five ways to get through these two doors.

When a decorated house is exposed to heat, it usually has a loop in each room according to the actual situation. For rooms with sliding doors, one loop can be made on both sides of the sliding door, and the corridor of the guest restaurant can be divided into two or three loops according to the situation. The principle of dividing into several circuits is that there are two circuits on each side of the door partition. Only the heating supervisor can enter the door, and generally it is not allowed to kick the door to keep warm.

The first way: make a hole to the outdoor or balcony, make a groove from the ground and then go back indoors, and then seal the groove with the same color tiles;

(heating system piping passes through the slot outside the entrance door)

The second way: punch holes outdoors, bypass the entrance door or sliding door, then punch holes indoors, put a thermal insulation sleeve on the pipe, and then clip the cut 75PVC pipe outside;

(The heating supervisor bypasses the outdoor door, puts on the insulation pipe and clamps the semi-PVC pipe. )

The third way: the system pipeline goes from the corners on both sides of the sliding door to the curtain box, from the curtain box to the other side of the sliding door, and then comes down from the corner. Generally, the wall of sliding door is the curtain of the whole wall, so the system pipeline in the corner is blocked by the curtain and cannot be seen;

The fourth way: If it is a laminate floor or a solid wood composite floor, you can remove the floor from the door, slot it through the ground, and then restore the floor.

Remove the reinforced floor at the door, slot it through the heating pipe from the ground, and then restore the floor. )

The fifth way: install the skirting heater along the movable door frame, and the heating system pipeline is hidden behind the skirting heater and passes through the movable door, which not only increases the heating effect, but also can't see the pipeline.

(The skirting heater is installed along the inner side of the movable door frame, and the heating pipe is hidden behind the skirting heater and passes through the door. )

The above is a detailed introduction of how to get through the door when installing skirting heating. I hope it works for you. If you want to know more about skirting heating, please pay attention to this number. This issue will continue to introduce HVAC knowledge such as skirting heating.
