Second, the principle of enrollment
(a) adhere to the principle of government leading and education director. The District Education Bureau and kindergartens strengthen their sense of responsibility and service, standardize enrollment behavior, give priority to ensuring the admission of school-age children with household registration in Qingshan District, actively create conditions to receive preschool disabled school-age children with the ability to receive general education, and meet the needs of foreign school-age children who meet the registration conditions.
(two) adhere to the principle of giving priority to household registration and entering the park without test. When enrolling students, public kindergartens give priority to enrolling school-age children with household registration in Qingshan District, and all of them are exempt from examination.
Third, organization
In order to strengthen the leadership of kindergarten enrollment in 20 18 in our district and ensure the smooth implementation of enrollment, the Party Committee of Qingshan District Education Bureau decided to set up a leading group for kindergarten enrollment, with the following members:

The members of the office are composed of the staff of preschool education units and the heads of public (enterprise) and private kindergartens.
Fourth, the enrollment method
(A) enrollment targets
School-age children over three years old (born on September 1, 20 1, 2065438+August 3 1) are healthy and can participate in group activities normally. Enterprise-run and private kindergartens can be appropriately relaxed.
(2) Types of enrollment centers
1. Public kindergartens: Priority is given to enrolling school-age children with household registration in Qingshan District, and kindergartens built by enterprises give priority to enrolling children of employees of enterprises.
2. Private kindergartens: According to the overall arrangement of the District Education Bureau, independent enrollment is implemented.
preferential policy
Children of the following persons with Qingshan District household registration can have priority to enter public kindergartens:
1. Servicemen, martyrs and disabled soldiers in Baotou 1-4.
2 Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, returned overseas Chinese and foreigners.
3. Persons who have made significant contributions to the economic and social development of Qingshan District or have major investment projects in Qingshan District.

1. Each child can only apply for one kindergarten. Once the parent (legal guardian) clicks the "print" function, all the information filled in shall not be modified.
2. From May 12 to May 13, parents (legal guardians) will take their children to the reported kindergarten with the forecast sheet, family register and children's immunization book according to the time of checking funds shown on the forecast sheet. If it is predicted that the number of qualified children in the qualification examination is less than or equal to the number of students in the kindergarten, all kindergartens will be enrolled after the qualification examination; If it is predicted that there are more qualified children than the kindergarten enrollment plan, they will be admitted by computer allocation from May 22 to May 24.
Children of special care recipients do not participate in online newspapers, and during the period, they will go directly to the reported kindergarten for registration and qualification examination with relevant documents.
The information provided by the Guardian online and various proofs provided should be true. Anyone who provides false information will be disqualified from entering the park once verified.
3. From 8: 30 on May 25th to 27: 30 on May 27th 17:30, parents of young children log on to the website of Baotou Education Bureau (/), click on the picture of "Inquiring about the admission results of public kindergartens that participated in the allocation in 20 18", and enter the children's name and ID number to inquire about the computer allocation admission results, or they can also inquire about the computer allocation results of young children through the WeChat platform of Qingshan Education Bureau.
Parents (legal guardians) choose public kindergartens with vacancies or contact private kindergartens after May 28th. School-age children who are not registered in Qingshan District enter the park, and their parents (legal guardians) hold relevant documents to participate in independent enrollment in kindergartens with spare degrees.
The District Education Bureau will announce the list of public kindergartens with degree vacancies through the WeChat platform of Qingshan District Education Bureau on May 28th.
On June 2nd, at 8: 30-3rd 17:30, the kindergarten that participated in computer allocation informed the children who had been admitted, and the guardian registered with the kindergarten with relevant documents. If it expires, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of the quota.
Work requirements of intransitive verbs
(1) Strengthen enrollment publicity. Before entering the school, the district education bureau and kindergartens should actively publicize the admission information through the education website, parents' meeting and kindergarten WeChat platform to provide parents with consultation, guidance and services.
(2) limit the number of students enrolled. The number of kindergarten students is implemented according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's Kindergarten Work Regulations, that is, there are 25 students in small classes, 30 students in middle classes and 35 students in large classes. If it is necessary to over-enroll students due to insufficient degrees and other reasons, it must be reported to the pre-school education unit of the District Education Bureau.
(3) standardize the charging work. All public kindergartens should strictly implement the charging standards stipulated in the Notice on Adjusting the Charging Standards of Public Kindergartens in Baotou City and Related Matters (Bao Fa Gai Fei Zi [2015] No.203), and may not arbitrarily increase any charging items on the grounds of enrollment; Private kindergartens should standardize the charging work according to the local running cost, urban and rural economic development level and residents' income level, combined with the relevant requirements in the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Kindergarten Charge Management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Trial) (13); Inclusive private kindergartens are charged in strict accordance with the Measures for the Identification and Management of Inclusive Private Kindergartens in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Trial). It is not allowed to collect sponsorship fees or donations linked to enrollment in disguised form, and it is forbidden to collect fees from parents in the form of special classes and interest classes. The nature of the operation of the kindergarten and all the charging items, amounts and refund standards should be publicized in a prominent position in the kindergarten.
(4) Improve the management of student status. Electronic student status kindergarten children registration management system was implemented, and the district education bureau completed the collection, summary, review and submission of kindergarten children's information in the whole region during September-10.
(5) create a good atmosphere. All kindergartens should attach great importance to enrollment, strengthen leadership over enrollment, and establish and improve the collective research system. During the enrollment period, we should set up a special service window, announce the contact number, and do a good job in mass consultation with enthusiasm, patience and detail.
