Professor of Changsha University of Science and Technology, Tao Jun

Tao Jun, Ph.D., professor of biochemistry and molecular biology, tutor of master students, is now an expert in the exchange evaluation of the National 863 Project, the National Self-funded Project, the National Science and Technology Award, the National Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the leader of the expert group for the examination and assessment of nutritionists in Hunan Province, and a senior appraiser of national vocational skills appraisal (nutritionist in Hunan Province); Main research fields and directions: gene structure and function, biochemistry and molecular inheritance, food nutrition, etc. He presided over or participated in provincial and ministerial scientific research projects 10, and published more than 70 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, including 6 in SCI, 3 in EI and 1 in AGRINEX. Won 3 invention patents, 2 provincial appraisal and registration achievements, the first prize of provincial excellent papers 1 item, and 2 second prizes; Five specific DNA sequences were cloned and identified, and were collected by GenBank in the United States.
