The alloy has good comprehensive properties in the temperature range of -253 ~ 700℃, and the yield strength below 650℃ ranks first among deformed superalloys, with good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good cutting and welding performance. Process performance and requirements of GH4 169;
1. Because of the high niobium content in GH4 169 alloy, the degree of niobium segregation in the alloy is directly related to the gold treatment process.
2. In order to avoid serious segregation of elements in the steel ingot, the diameter of the steel ingot used should not exceed 508 mm. ..
3. The homogenized alloy has good hot workability, and the heating temperature of ingot cogging does not exceed 1 120℃.
4. The average grain size of this alloy is closely related to the deformation degree of forgings and the final forging temperature.
5. The alloy has satisfactory weldability and can be welded by argon arc welding, electron beam welding, seam welding and spot welding.
