For example, the familiar gantry CNC cutting machine is generally designed with three groups of motors, of which two groups of motors in the longitudinal direction provide bidirectional drive for the gantry CNC cutting machine. First, the performance advantages of bilateral drive CNC cutting machine
In the design of two main motion forms of CNC cutting machine, one is gantry moving and table fixing during machining, and the other is gantry fixing and table moving. For CNC cutting machines with large format, high speed and high performance, the first form is often adopted, because the workbench moves with the workpiece and is not suitable for cutting high-speed thick plates. The SF Xunfeng series CNC cutting machine of Baike Technology is the first type, which adopts double-side drive, that is, racks and servo motors are symmetrically installed on both sides of the gantry beam to realize double rack-and-pinion drive and double servo motor drive. The synchronization of bilateral drive affects the speed, acceleration, positioning accuracy and stability of the beam of NC cutting machine. The core of the system has special synchronous control function, and both servo motors have accurate zero position.
