Can I pay the electronic patent application offline?

There are many ways to pay for patent applications in China. See below for details:

1) can be paid directly to China National Intellectual Property Administration (located in Beijing);

2) You can pay directly to patent agencies in various provinces and cities;

3) Remittance can be made by bank:

Remarks: For example, application number: 20 15XXXXXXXX.X. X, apply for RMB, print RMB, and review RMB.

If the remark information is not indicated, the Patent Office will regard it as not handling the payment procedures.

Moreover, after payment, you must send an email to shoufeichu@sipo.gov.cn, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Toll Office, on the day of payment, informing you of the patent number, fee type, remittance date and other information, and explaining the mailing address and recipient of the official fee invoice. Otherwise, it will also be regarded as unpaid.
