First, the content introduction
In the project research, selective ultrafine grinding-crystal protection-powder modification-product function integration is studied as a systematic project. According to the mineralogical characteristics of needle-like wollastonite, the needle-like wollastonite crystal is prevented from being excessively broken and the radial crushing rate of needle-like aggregate is reduced through stage crushing and controlled classification process. Needle-shaped ultrafine activated wollastonite powder was prepared by mineral pretreatment, selective ultrafine grinding and post-treatment, and a semi-industrial test was carried out. Realizing the integration of ultrafine grinding and surface modification of wollastonite is the most important technological innovation of this process. Needle-like wollastonite, the product application test was studied, including: (1) the application test of superfine needle-like wollastonite filled with epoxy resin; Study on the preparation of high temperature friction resistant materials by replacing asbestos with needle-like ultrafine wollastonite: Study on the performance of wollastonite-polypropylene reinforcement system: Experimental study on the application of semi-industrial test products in insulating cable materials; Experimental study on application of semi-industrial test product reinforced nylon 6. A series of application test results were obtained. For brucite: On the basis of experimental research, a large number of application tests have been carried out around the market demand. It has been confirmed by many users that the technical performance index of the composite product with brucite flame retardant has reached the national standard or enterprise standard, and several enterprises think that the technical performance index of the product has exceeded the chemical synthetic magnesium hydroxide flame retardant imported from abroad after trial.
Second, popularization and application
Popularization and application: Based on this achievement, the leading domestic production line of magnesium hydroxide halogen-free flame retardant has been put into production, forming a good situation of booming production and sales. At present, it is mainly sold to the United States, Canada and other countries, with an annual output of about 300 t, and the market prospect is promising. At present, we are actively preparing to expand production.
