What will happen if a truck is short of engine oil? Understand the symptoms of engine oil shortage

1. The splash lubrication parts inside the engine are poorly lubricated.

2. When the engine oil is missing and the oil pressure is too low, the friction surfaces of the engine will be poorly lubricated, resulting in abnormal vibration, reduced power, and in severe cases, the engine may "burn out". Engine "burning" means that the crank bearing and bearing seat bushings should be poorly lubricated and ablated. The specific manifestation is that the engine will vibrate abnormally until it stalls. The engine will not start after stalling.

3. When the engine oil is missing and the oil pressure is too low, it will also cause the engine variable timing solenoid valve to work abnormally, making it impossible to accurately control the engine intake and exhaust valves, causing working abnormalities. Symptoms include decreased power and increased fuel consumption.
