Can I declare a patent award for the purchased patent?

Those who have obtained the patent authorized by China National Intellectual Property Administration and meet the following conditions at the same time may participate in the declaration of the China Patent Award:

(1) was granted the patent right for invention, utility model or design (including declassified national defense patent, excluding confidential patent) before February 3, 20021(including February 365438, 20021).

(2) The patent right is valid, there is no legal dispute before the application deadline, and there is no unpaid annual fee or late payment fee.

(3) All patentees agree to participate in the evaluation.

(six) the same patentee to participate in the project does not exceed 2; The patentee is a national intellectual property demonstration university, with no more than 4 participating projects; The total number of projects participated by the group company and its subsidiaries shall not exceed 10.
